Тренировочный процесс

Cones are placed throughout the scroring area. Divide the players into three equal groups positioned in the neutral zone with pucks at the center line at the faceoff dot. The center passes a puck to one of the wings He becomes F1 and takes the puck wide down the boards in order to spread out the attack. the second player or center that enters the zone as F2 and heads toward the net down the middle lane. The third player that skates into the zone as F3 and controls his speed to become the trailer. The three forwards attack the net in triangular formation, creating width and depth to the attack. Cones are spread out through the scoring area to force the players to find passing lanes through the obstacles. One pass is made and the drill is completed with a shot on goal.
