Line of players positioned along the boards between the red line and the blue line facing the end zone with pucks, two cones,one at the face off dot in the zone and another one just inside the red line at the edge of the center ice face off circle.the coach is standing at the blue line 10 feet off the boards. the first player starts with a puck and skates around the cone in the zone passes the puck to the coach and continues around the cone near the red line not taking his eyes off the coach with a pivot and receives the puck back from the coach, skates down the middle of the ice for a shot on the goalie.
