Тренировочный процесс

Goalie starts with back facing sideboards. The goalie starts moving forward using a short shuffle movement. The goalie moves in a Zig-Zag pattern--Three shuffles to the right, 45 degree pivot, three shuffles to the left....repeat until reaching the other side of the rink.
