The Elite campis for those goalies ages 13-20 playing at a high level, who are dedicated to taking their game to the next step of their goaltending career.Лагерь для игроков в возрасте от 13 до 20 лет которые хотят повысить уровень своего мастерства
This camp will focus on the most advanced complex drills and techniques to help properly improve your game.
TheElite campon and off ice conditioning will challenge you both physically and mentally in the most efficient manner to strengthen all your weakness and making you a more complete controlled goaltender.
This 5 day camp will feature[list]
[*]Video session 2:45-3:45pm
[*]On-ice 4:15-6:15pm
[*]Off-ice 6:30-8:30pm
[*]1hr video prior to the ice session outlining the techniques to be used in the daily teaching.
[*]Demo goalie instruction, detailing each stations precise movement and exact positioningie Jersey
[*]Total of 10 hrs (2hrs daily) of on-ice high tempo station training with goalie specific drills.
[*]Total of 10 hrs(2hrs daily) of off-ice training that includes a 14 daily different specific circuit stations followed by a track & field or bike conditioning sessions
